UHV’s operating revenue in Fiscal Year 2019 was estimated at $71.9 million, and UHV spent 81 percent, or $58.3 million, of that total on providing student access and success. Financial assistance awarded to students totaled $42.9 million, a 22.3 percent increase from Fiscal Year 2015. UHV’s official enrollment in fall 2019 was 4,501, a 2.7 percent increase from the previous fall. Since its beginning in 1973, UHV has conferred 21,492 bachelor’s and master’s degrees with 1,486 students earning more than one degree from the university.
